We are pleased
to announce that in partnership with Sports Match,
Keramikos
have helped establish a programme to support Junior and Mini
Rugby for a further year (2007/08) for £3000;
£2000 from Keramikos, and £1000 from Sports
Match.
This follows last year's deal which secured £4000. This
latest batch of money will purchase the following:

rugby
balls,
|
|
a new squad strip for the U14s,
|
|
decent gazebo for our gallante team managers,
|
|
coaching courses,
|
|
some fencing to secure the three playing areas
from sheep invasion.
|
We still have monies from the last award which is
all earmarked for verti-draining and sanding the main pitch, the
U9s/10s ‘swamp’, and a new second pitch to be set up this summer
on the land towards Haddon Hall.
We have therefore received a total of £7000 from
the Sports Match system. A big thank you to Tony Staley for
securing this funding, and to Keramikos and Sports Match.

support our new Mini Section, or even help to get our Ladies and
Junior Sections off the ground.
