 |
Boots.
Please make sure there are no sharp edges on the studs or
sides of the boots. There should not be a lone single
stud at the front of the boot..
|
 |
Studs.
Studs should be of the rounded nature
and preferably
not
football blades.
Round Aluminium studs
in pairs. Boots should not have a lone stud at the
front of the boot. Round studs are preferable to Blades
which could develop sharp edges as their name suggests. Blades are, however, not
illegal. The players will be subject to random
stud checks to ensure that whatever is worn is safe.
Please speak to any of the coaching staff if you need
further guidance. |
 |
Mouthguards.
Protection for teeth and gums is really important. For
customised mouthguards - please consult your dentist. Gum
shields should be worn at all times for both training and
playing. Most Sports shops sell gumshields.
|
 |
Shinpads.
These are a recommended item of protection for the players.
|
 |
Training Kit.
Players may wear any suitable clothing to train in, but
football kit is not suitable: it will get ruined due to the
rigours of the game. |
 |
Track suit/ Wetproofs.
To keep warm and dry. |
 |
Mitts and hats.
May be worn if it’s cold. No gloves!!
