will follow the RFU guidance for the use of images of young
people. Bakewell Mannerians Rugby Club
recognises the need to ensure the welfare and
safety of all young people in Rugby Union. As part of
our commitment to ensure the safety of young people we will
not permit photographs, video or other images of young
people to be taken or used without the consent of the
parents/carers and the young person. You are asked on
the registration form to give your consent for the whole
season.
Bakewell
Mannerians Rugby Club
will take all steps to ensure these images are used solely
for the purposes they are intended which is the promotion
and celebration of the activities of Bakewell Mannerians
Rugby Club. If you become aware that these images are being
used inappropriately you should inform Bakewell
Mannerians Rugby Club’s Child Welfare Officer
– Stephen Coates.
The images may
be published on the club website, and in
Local newspapers. If at any time the parent/carer or the
young person wishes the data to be removed from the website
the Child Welfare Officer or the
co-ordinator should be informed.
